The Law of Ukraine No.4470 ensures the full functioning of the NAPC, endowing it with the necessary powers and rights.
The Law defines the procedure for the NAPC to respond to violations of the relevant law, signs of corruption and corruption-related offenses, and establishes some features of such response in case of acts by judges or judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
The Law provides for open round-the-clock access to the unified state register of declarations of persons authorized to perform the functions of the state or local self-government.
The Law introduces legal regulation of the peculiarities of conflict of interest in the activities of certain categories of persons, the procedure for control and full verification of declarations, monitoring the lifestyle of the declarants, the implementation of some additional measures of financial control.
The law also establishes the peculiarities of conducting full inspections of declarations and monitoring of the way of life in relation to judges, judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine; provides legal regulation on liability for corruption and corruption-related offenses.
